Tyree, an African American entrepreneur, discovered his passion for business at 19 and has spent years mastering sales, brand strategy, and what it truly takes to build something from the ground up. Kitzia, a Latina and daughter of immigrants, grew up watching her mother hustle as an entrepreneur while her father worked tirelessly in manual labor. From an early age, she knew she wanted to create something of her own—something that would leave a lasting impact.

For the past three years, they’ve poured everything into developing The Plug and its sister brand, Plant Bae, crafting a business that isn’t just profitable—it’s transformative.
